Ichimian” is a Japanese confectionery in Iizaka Onsen，established in 1923. Homemade red bean paste made from Hokkaido Tokachi red beans is wrapped in a dough filled with fresh eggs，sprinkled with poppy seeds，and baked.
The store is particular about homemade red bean paste. The ”Ichimian no Keshimanjyu” is a well-known confectionery of Iizaka Onsen and loved by adults and children alike.
