Black Kunsei egg

Abe Tome Shoten was founded by Tomegoro Abe as a fruit and vegetable store in Iizaka Onsen，Fukushima Prefecture. Carefully selected fresh eggs are seasoned and smoked slowly for one week. The eggs are exquisitely seasoned with Hokkaido kelp and natural salt，and have a slightly smoky，good-smelling aroma. It can be served as it is and is recommended as a snack with sake or as an accompaniment to salads and other dishes.
