Ichimian，a Japanese confectionery established in 1923，is located in Iizaka Onsen. The dorayaki is made with brown sugar from Okinawa and baked to a fluffy texture. The bean paste is homemade from Tokachi azuki beans. The special tsubu-an，which is made with the flavor of azuki beans and kneaded softly with a refined sweetness，is highly favored by people who love anko (sweet red bean paste).
