Since its opening in 1867 as ”Gokashishi Sawadaya” in Iizaka Onsen，one of the three best hot springs in Oshu，we have worked hard to make confections loved by local residents and popular as souvenirs for tourists. We have renewed our business as ”Patisserie Sawada” to make the most of our 150-odd years of experience in confectionery making and to make our store even more pleasing to everyone. We will continue to deliver sweets that will please our customers regardless of whether they are Japanese or Western.
